1st place

After day 1 of the NJCAA Region IV tournament, Sauk Valley leads the field with a score of 322.  Blackhawk College follows in second at 326 for the day.

The Skyhawks are led by Colton Guy's 77 strokes for the first 18 holes of play.  He is followed by Cael Sanders and Jacob Rude who tallied 80 each, Lukas Wedekind who carded an 85, while Jaden Taylor finished the day with a 93.

The Skyhawks return to play today at 10AM at the Prairie View Golf Club in Byron, Illinois.
